How T-Games Work and the Secrets of Their Effectiveness
Imagine you're in a vast space without any light source. It’s filled with various objects — but you can't see them, and you have no idea what they are. In fact, you can't even sense most of them. Then, in your pocket, you find a small flashlight that illuminates only about a one-meter radius around you.

This metaphor illustrates how our unconscious mind works. It holds a vast amount of valuable and essential content:

  • Our beliefs and values
  • Habits and behavior patterns
  • Skills, knowledge, and life experiences
  • Everything we've ever learned, read, felt, seen, or heard — even from the moment of conception to this very day

The unconscious is a treasure trove of answers to our questions, solutions to our problems, and paths to achieving our goals. The challenge is, we often don’t know how to access this inner knowledge. So, we stumble through life "in the dark," bumping into obstacles, getting hurt, or falling down altogether.

To stop this cycle, we need a way to look inward — to uncover subconscious beliefs that hold us back, prevent us from breaking through familiar emotional and behavioral patterns, building healthy relationships, staying well, succeeding, and even reaching new financial heights.

But there’s a catch: the unconscious doesn’t respond to logic or rational thinking. You can’t reach it through calculation — you have to go through images, emotions, and sensations.
That’s where transformational games and metaphorical cards come in.

They act like magnets, pulling the beam of your inner flashlight directly toward the part of your unconscious that needs attention right now.

Why It Works

When you visit a psychologist, you often spend several sessions just figuring out what exactly to work on. The beauty of a T-game is that it reveals the core issue almost immediately — without wasting time on exploration.
You simply roll the dice, and the game shows you where to look.

How It Works

We formulate a request or question and enter the game field.

We relax the mind — no pressure, no effort.

The form of the question focuses our attention.

At that moment, the “flashlight” turns on.

The search begins, and each participant receives a personal, relevant insight — not a generic opinion from a coach or expert, but something tailored uniquely to them.

About Me
My name is Yulia, and I’m a certified business trainer, coach, and facilitator. I received my international certification from the ICBT School (International Center of Business Training).

I’ve found deep joy in working with people — and even greater joy in witnessing the real transformations they experience through our coaching sessions, T-Games, or training programs. When clients express their gratitude and I see them move closer to the goals they’ve long dreamed of, that is the most rewarding part of my work.
How I Found My Way to T-Games, Coaching, and Trainings

It’s actually quite a simple story — even if it might look impressive from the outside!
For several years, I owned a small but successful Escape Room business in Houston, TX USA. I loved seeing how much fun it brought — not just to kids, but to adults as well. In 2021, I sold the business (like many people, I experienced a bit of burnout) and moved to St. Petersburg, Russia where I enrolled at the ICBT School and became a certified business trainer and coach. And yes I am very international cosmopolitan person . And I love this style of life.
Since then, I’ve continued learning and expanding my qualifications — you could say I’m a lifelong student.
Now, I host original trainings in both Russian and English (yes, I speak fluent English and my child is bilingual!). I also study psychology and profiling independently. I am always studying. And like to learn new skills. When I was watching my young daughter grow helped me realize something powerful:

The most effective way to learn — for both children and adults — is through play.

That’s why I use games developed by the ICBT School in my work.
Play Has Always Been Part of My Life

From running a Mafia role-playing club with friends in Moscow, to organizing a similar group for the Russian-speaking community in Houston, USA to building an actual escape room business — play has always been my element. I regularly participate in intellectual games like Quizzes, IQ Battles, and Power of Thought.

This world is close to my heart — and I not only enjoy it, I know how to do it well. Now, I want to help you learn how to approach life playfully, to find joy in the process — and most importantly, to achieve your true goals.
